Greetings,Here is an update on the current National Commercial Retail Real Estate Market in The United States of America:Despite longstanding concerns of a softening economy and eventual pullback in consumer spending, U.S. retail space markets remained resilient in the first half of 2023 thanks to steady demand from a diverse array of sectors, a still below-average pace of store closures, and minimal new supply.Overall, demand for space grew by nearly 12 million SF during 23Q2, marking the ninth consecutive quarter of growth for retail space markets.

Bookings are already seeing an increase in the 3/4th quarter of 2021 and 2022 looks good already.

For instance, if this house has a clay sewer line its only a matter of time before you're going to spend $5-10K to replace it. 

Taxes were cut, and Urban living became the in thing, and people, especially young, single people, became willing to live in small quarters, often with multiple unrelated roommates, in order to live in metropolitan areas.The tide may be turning the other way.

I threw in $13K and selected an income fund and I made about 9.2% in 2019, paid quarterly.

I will be receiving a payout of approximately $460K, 80% of which I will receive this next quarter and the remaining 20% within the next 24 months.
