It's a tough scenario to choose as your first deal, so I would not proceed with a purchase unless you partner with an experienced investor or if you have an experienced mentor that walks you through the due diligence.But even if this doesn't close, it will be a great learning opportunity that will pay dividends down the road.

After reading the conditions of my lease, it states that I have to cooperate in showing the property to potential buyers, or if I'm moving out to allow new potential renters to see the property.I understand that if it was my condo and I choose to sell it, the inconvenience is something that I sign up for as well as the ramifications.
