Good traffic flow in the shopping center I'm in everything with the wash is coming together nicely the problem is I live in Waycross Georgia which is about an hour and a half away.

The property is 3.5 acres, has two manufactured homes on it that are rented, and a 3500 sf commercial building which we will use for our homeschool learning center.
