I wouldn't tell the listing agent this if she/he called me as the lender when vetting offers, but it'll come down to a human judgement call on the part of the underwriter, how well I package it and write a good cover letter, etc, and not be one of those "oh slam dunk no brainer of course it will be 100% fine" type things.

If I find an abandoned/vacant property, a lot of times I will either mail them a yellow, or simply call them.

I'm not sure what that type of service would even be called so I haven't had much luck searching for it online. 

It's located in a gated community, with a golf course called Plantation Country Club.....the realtor I have it with also lives in the community and tells me she doesn't know anyone that does financing for mobile homes.

With market the way it has been dont want it to go down 25 percent then they call your loan because you don't have enough value to secure loan for some reason.
