And, ideally, I'd want to refer you to the agent working that other area (because I could then negotiate a referral fee with them and get paid regardless of where you buy)3) where you will burn bridges and get yourself (and agent) into trouble, though, is if you are using one agent to do all the work and then writing the offer with a different agent.

Some of the surrounding properties (mobile homes) have been cleared and replaced with small cabins, which I'm sure they're attempting to lease recreationally, to no avail.

I sent the tenants an email that I wanted to come over for a regular maintenance visit, and they mentioned the burned-out bulb; I brought another one and swapped it while I was already there for other things.The bulbs that burn out the most on me are the incandescent globes over the bathroom mirror; I like the look enough that I haven't switched these to LED.
