I purchased a vacant lot in 2023 for $155,000 for the purpose of building a primary residence on it.

If you are looking to build your investments the cash flow may not be the best at first but with time will get better.

Our biggest hurdle right now is building a relationship with the right agent and getting deals put in front of us consistently.
