Holding the portfolio you have right now, financed the way you have it financed right now, would you be ok if that turned out to be reality?

The only reason I could think of would be because of the location (D-area) and reality kicked in that they would not get fair market value rent.

Unless by "live like a Millionaire" you mean living the way Sylvia describes, which is the way most live in reality because that is how you get to become one in the first place and stay that way.

I think a more helpful approach would be to offer solutions instead of suggesting to ignore the issue and reality.
