In Dallas when selling my home, I found that certain realtors will say they deal with all aspects of social media and constantly post.

I've fallen off in certain aspects of aspects of growth that I hoped to achieve through getting out in the streets and meeting people , providing value, etc. and when that got shut down I kinda shut down that aspect but as they say how we respond to tough situations in our lives says more about ourselves than the situation in front of us!

Get 2nd and 3rd opinions on critical aspects of the process (e.g. offer price, sell price, rehab costs, financing costs, appraisals, etc). 

The economic, financial, social, mechanical and legal aspects make it fascinating to me.

@Kay Kay Singh Number 1 reason is the passive aspect.

There are some aspects I don't love, but I still enjoy turning a property over (painting, cleaning, maintenance, upgrading), and knowing I am providing a nice place for someone to live.

Since it is about returns at the end of the day, I'm interested to pick the brain of the Bigger Pocket community to see the evolution of this aspect of investing.

Spend your valuable time, instead, studying about all aspects of real estate investing, like: -BRRRR, Flipping/Holding, Wholesaling, Owner-Financing, Notes, Driving 4 Dollars, etc. 

It can be difficult to find an agent who fully grasps the urgency aspect of REI.
