I just recently to go driving for dollars in hopes to stumble across some potential deals.I found a property with overgrown grass, tree branches hanging so low it blocks driveway.

I'm not in a flood zone, open to wood frame but prefer block, and since it's not a super high dollar area the build would be simple with basic but quality finishes.Having the septic done should not be an issue.
