I would not do anything unless you are pushed by the police (I've had received letters, when they did undercover drug buys from 2 different tenants, telling me that I need to evict or they'll seize the property).She's innocent until proven guilty and I think you'd leave yourself open to some legal action, if you tried to evict for something like this - and I don't know if the judge would go for this anyway.

I understand I should send a letter notifying the current tenants of the property transfer, but is the assignment of rent revenue handled mostly in the purchase contract between the seller and buyer?
