While searching for other potential investment properties I came across a listing for three mobile homes, two rented and one in need of repair, sitting on two acres of land for under $80,000 here in Florida.Of course, since  I am a novice in the MHP realm, I have many questions about this and probably don’t know what questions yet to ask.

My parents paid the tax on the land it was on and they figured they could get a little more from me. 

I have been investing in raw land and have created a small portfolio of lands.

It happens all the time, every day.Take a simple example, a $120K rental house (land is worth $20K, the house $100K). 

Raw land, municipal water hooked up, electrical pole on site, flat/level, problematic trees felled, some fruit trees, backs to National Forest, salmon/steelhead hole, no structures. 180k, 70k down seller financed for 5 yrs at 6%.

@Vivek Shah Hello Vivek, many of our clients use a land trust to transfer their properties into an LLC, which also provides the additional protection of anonymity. 

About 25 Acre land will be a small commercial/mixed use portion, with the balance an equestrian community 2.5 acres and finished homes selling from $335,000-$400,000.

I sealed up 5 residential side by side unrestricted lots, that was about an acre of land.
