Everything seems to check out, but when I walked out into the backyard, I noticed that there are power lines abnormally low (maybe 12-15 feet high) above the back fence.

This is the way to go for self-managed PM.I have it set up so well, than when I need to do some renovations to a tenant's apt, in this case, the backyard, the tenant did not want my landscaper to come in without him.
