But back to your question- we are building high end (we are doing the Eden alternative housing format on both bed types) because senior housing has very much become a thing where our residents expect quality of life amenities and nice places to live (not 1960's hallways and cafeteria style stuff)..today's baby boomers expect high quality and operators are giving it to them.
