No we screen our own.Here is our process.A search of court records to see what civil and criminal litigation the tenant may have been involved in and whether the tenant has disclosed thisAre you who you say you are.Do you and have you lived where you say you have lived.Do you have landlord references.Do you and have you worked where you say you have worked.Do you earn what you say you earn.Can we see your recent bank statements (reasonable redactions ok).Can we visit you in your current residence. 

I will certainly notify my current buyer's agent of my previous bid or visit to a place. 

If you are still interested, the property can be reserved in your name for a private visit.

With that information, I can visit with my people, but I think they will choose to keep the property for now.

I just want to have all the information about this cost of doing business so that I can be assured that he isn't overcharging me.

They are working on extending SH360 farther south (which they've been doing forever) which is causing a lot more suburban areas to go up and a lot of businesses will be popping up too.Hope this helps, have a great visit to the area, I think you'll love it!
