Glad to see you here...Btw, for anyone interested in both the strategic and tactical aspects of analyzing, bidding on and buying large multi-unit properties, Sean is a great resource...as best I can tell, he spends most of his days jet-setting around the country looking at large apartment deals...  :-)

These negative aspects are not fixable and therefore, I did not or would not make an offer let alone buy it, too hard to sell after and why increase holding costs trying to sell to a very limited buyers pool due to these aspects.

As someone above mentioned first impressions by buyers is extremely important and you likely will not neglect that aspect again.I purchased my first rental property in the early 70's and I still learn on every project.
