Hey what’s up everyone --

I've been reading the forums for a few months now and figured it was time to introduce myself. I’m based in the Midwest and work for a private real estate investment fund. I am responsible for locating suitable multifamily investments for the company to acquire through the Midwest and Southern US. I’ve been working in various facets of the industry for 10 years. I have experience with acquisitions, development, asset management and I’ve even bought and sold a few homes with my license.

I’m here looking to learn, hopefully be a resource for others, and continue to make connections. I know @JScott from another forum and likely know a few others of you from the industry.

Btw, for anyone interested in both the strategic and tactical aspects of analyzing, bidding on and buying large multi-unit properties, Sean is a great resource...as best I can tell, he spends most of his days jet-setting around the country looking at large apartment deals...  :-)
