or any special tips/advice on getting a message to the owner, who obviously does not live there anymore, or possibly does not visit the property anymore.  

Any advice or tips related to financing projects would be wonderful and greatly appreciated! 

I was actually using the Realtor app but I'll check out Redfin.I always try to be skeptical of what the property descriptions say and not takimg them for face value...that's one reason why I'm having trouble analyzing.

Also, any other tips and due diligence suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!

Turns out you can add pics from web page but not through the app.

It seems like a great opportunity for someone just starting out .I know the basics of it & I’m enrolling in local real estate groups to start building my buyers list, my question is what are some of the things you guys messed up on in the beginning that you would do different, have any general ideas/ tips that could help me start off/ for the long run ?
