its not so much that you cant.. its that really its up to the judge some states you flat out cant. but in florida if you bring an attorney that handles these evictions regularly you should be good but make sure your ducks are in a row ive had a hippy judge side with the tenant 1 time and let them stay 2 months free until the end of their contract just because she pulled on his heartstrings in court

Ideally, of course, you want to avoid that issue altogether - some states (WY) offer that as a part of their LLCs, while you can also introduce those same functions through trusts for LLCs that don't offer it by default.Through an anonymous trust, known as the Agent Trust, that can own the Parent Series LLC or traditional LLC itself, and through other anonymous trusts, known as Land Trusts, that will own the individual's assets.

So I suppose that I had jumped the gun and did this a little bit backwards but now that I'm able to actually do the introduction portion might as well let you all know a little about myself and what I intend to do.I'm 34 years old I have three kids living at home with me and my wife and I have a fourth with another that's another story altogether but I won't get into that.Recently became a big Pockets Pro member looking forward to using any and all the resources that are available, been listening to a lot of the podcast started with the money episodes and got up to about 40 episodes and then switched over to the real estate portion of it and now I'm up to episode 27.

You may even consider bringing a broker in and paying them a flat fee or something to represent you so you have someone in your corner.

Hi BP,Transaction broker: some agents in my area accept a flat fee or 1% of sale price to only do the paper work and take care of formalities i.e. facilitating the transaction.Do you think for my first deal (buying with no agents) I will need to pay an agent to serve as transaction broker or I can do it myself, i.e. directly find a title company/closing attorney and do the transaction?
