Recommend transaction broker for first investment deal?
Hi BP,
Transaction broker: some agents in my area accept a flat fee or 1% of sale price to only do the paper work and take care of formalities i.e. facilitating the transaction.
Do you think for my first deal (buying with no agents) I will need to pay an agent to serve as transaction broker or I can do it myself, i.e. directly find a title company/closing attorney and do the transaction?
Thanks
