@Alexander ParadaHouston as a market is a good one, Texas in general has one of the lowest unemployment rates and highest population growths in the country.

There is a long list of categories that you can look up from the population count and age statistics, Housing stats including median home values, rental and vacancy rates, crime rates and lots more.

All others populate from the MLS through IDX, which can be hours or days later. 

Educated work force, high employment growth, income growth and population growth.

My towns population is only 9500, so my strategy will probably not work in NYC.Look at your competition.

I’ve been trying to do some research on things like absorption rates and market outlooks and most of the free info I can get seem to think population & job growth will be enough to sustain whats coming into the market.

Thanks to OSU, Children's Hospital, Nationwide, and many other big-time companies, jobs are booming for the population of Columbus.

As an investor in AZ, I am enjoying a significant influx of job and population growth.

Personally from a business perspective I would like to have every single person in the area fighting for my product, not refusing to sell it to a majority of the population.
