Dear Inventors,

I’m an investor from Newport Beach, CA and now have my sight on out-of-state multi-unit residential investing. Like to meet like minded investors to share ideas/strategy on potential markets using population and job growth data. I was hoping to meet weekly or bi-weekly in a small group setting in Orange County, CA to share ideas.

Please reach out if interested.

Best,

Allen

@Allen Motakef Keep me posted if Central Ohio comes up in your discussions ;)

I see you're an engineer...you guys typically scale the fastest of any group...must be the analytical nature of your background...

Best of luck
