Hey Jared, I live in Orlando and work for a LTR PM company that services all of Central Florida. 

DSCR loans are based off of down payment, credit score and either actual or market rents so it helps to supercharge an investor's real estate goals and net worth.

@Dona CardenasI personally think actually owning physical real estate is the best way to go especially using leverage.  

Or, you can do something like a debt service loan that looks more at the income potential of the property - FICO will still be a factor, but not the other stuff I mentioned. 

He also designs picket neighborhoods, but they're not actually affordable, though very nice.

It isn't registered with USPS; can't be found on any online service like Google Maps or Amazon, and doesn't even have a mailbox to receive mail.
