My questions are: what business entity should we form in order to ensure we are eligible for the programs (LLC, Corp, etc)?

My plan: we form an LLC.

Is there a straightforward way for me to do the numbers on each scenario and weigh which method will yeild the most?

I have been exploring the topic of financial freedom for a long time, and though I haven't been able to realize that yet I believe it is possible for me. 

Previous posts have mentioned going to 'profile settings' but I'm guessing that has been removed since then because no such option exists for me in that area of the website.

Don't like to be debbie downer but i think the market will end up being a "buyers market" I don't like to say there's isn't any deals out there but for me as a newbie to investing I don't want to own something just to say I own and lease a property with less than 6% ROI I want to be in the 10% at least.

I gather that she manages funds for adults who are in some form unable to manage their own affairs.

I dream of a 1031 exchange, buying a couple rentals in Colorado, and letting those work for me and cover my housing; and I don't see it happening with this mortgage for the next 30 years.
