Look up the recording in Book 833 and get the legal description of the secured property from that you can get an address through the Assessors office.Or, you could call the Trustee and ask.You might be able to do a name search for the owner as well and gey the address.The filing will show the initial lender as the note could have been sold.

Do a quick search of our forums and you will see many threads talking about Nevada corporations.I will simply say that it is a waste of your funds unless you are doing business there.

I used American Title and Fidelity and we use to do lots of back-to-back deals using the same title search and committments, while you can still get the title issues discounted you'll need good funds to close before you can sell or use seller financing and payoff the note in the second transaction.....Good luck
