What tips do some of you that have been doing this a while have for someone just starting out.

We are eager to hear any tips/advice on learning the ins and outs of buying a property to then open a sober living home.

Almost all title Policies have a provision for continuation of coverage which allows the insured to transfer their internet into a LLC or trust provided they are either the sole member/controlling interest or beneficiary.As for the mortgage you need to read the mortgage to see if it’s allowed.

You will want to read through them carefully and also have a second exit strategy in case STR is not allowed or get banned in the future.
