I just realized that wholesaling isn’t for me and I preferred the Agency route.

I have learned to not be too picky, I know that despite being a perfectly adequate tenant with preferences like any other, that this is a temporary situation.

I recently got preapproved and have been on the search for a multi family home preferably a duplex or triplex.
