This morning she notified me that 2nd floor toilet for the 2nd bathroom overflowed yesterday and leaked to the ceiling on the first floor around a light fixture. 

I’ve listened to a gazillion BP podcasts, I’m doing the Miracle Morning, I’m a PRO member after watching a webinar, I reached out to our favorite real estate agent and I’ve ordered a few of the books that Brandon had listed.

There is an article this morning at finance.yahoo.com telling about the post office plans to reduce delivery to individual locations.I would also learn about the paying habits of the government prior to running the final numbers.

Although it may be expensive, it may be worth it in the long run for your current/future tenants.Personally, I do all my laundry at night or the early hours of the morning.
