As soon as you go to rent it, it's all of the sudden an unsafe structure that needs to be inspected.I would like to see a class action lawsuit against all of these citites that require inspections and have them come to an end. they are un-American, a violation of the landlord's property rights, a violation of the tenant's Fourth Amendement rights, and an overall waste of money.

I know a civil engineer and he confirmed it . ( and he laughed because he was involved with that property in one of the law suits)

The properties you buy needs to be in the LLC name for protection from law suits, etc.
