So our tenant has been in the house 2 months, everything is going well, but with us moving into our new home, and then the holidays, the one thing that has slipped is moving the title of that house from me and my wife's name into an LLC that we set up.

I've also heard that most investors that operate through an LLC is oftentimes just interested in the cash-flow of the investment properties, and because of that not really selling anyway.Any help on the subject is appreciated, as I am just about to get started, and would prefer to understand a bit more, before I reach out to certified CPA's to help me get this underway.

The properties were purchased through a 1031 and are held by a single-member LLC.

Is it best to use my LLC for real estate funding or try to boost my credit?
