Attorney for setting up LLC for BRRRR

Hi everyone. I'm looking for recommendations of attorneys that would be good at setting up an LLC for doing a BRRRR project in California. The project is specifically in Oakland, but that part probably doesn't matter. I'm hoping to get the LLC set up quickly.

That's probably not what you want to hear, but why do you need an LLC? I jumped the gun a few years ago and formed one. Cost me tons of money for nothing. You'll have to pay the $800 franchise tax in California and it makes everything more complicated. I ended up cancelling the LLC and holding my properties in my personal name. Just make sure you have a good liability insurance.
