Would love to grab some coffee when I get up there if you're game.

Anyone from Colombia interested in meeting for a coffee to talk about real estate investing? 

Notably that in that area particularly there are larger or quality homes often on very large lots (.25 acres of larger) within walking distance to coffee, markets and a community that is well...friendly. 

Make a sign and bring it with you when you sit down in a coffee shop!

@Brian Plajer  @Jeff S. was someone who's posts I looked for when I was investigating the idea of being a private lender and his comments that this is a relationship business is spot on and meeting folks face to face at networking meetings, over coffee at a property, phone calls are all part of that process.  

Also if you go unfurnished you'll never need to worry about your dining chairs falling apart, couch getting stained, coffee mugs breaking, etc.I'd talk with a local realtor who knows the rental market really well and get their feedback.

As well as coffee shops like Bottoms Up Coffee are moving in and small microbreweries like brew dog and land grant. 

Maybe meet up for coffee or something ?
