If you want a quick reference with a few entries and a few clicks, Rentometer.com as a starting point will save you time especially if it is in an area where their data is up to date and has no issues.The thread is almost 2 years old so I imagine they have improved since.You can refer to the thread for other opinions and other tools/sites that were mentioned.

Yes there are programs that allow you to cash out refi with only 30 days seasoning and if you are a business owner there are also business financing tools you can utilize to buy these low priced houses and pay them off within six months or so.
