It’s tough because the contractor may not have known there was any issue with chemicals...if they did exactly what was promised and it looks great after install, you may need to have them repair the floor and pay them for it.

OOS investing rarely provides returns that investors are promised when they purchase based on the 1% rule.

But to start I think it would have to a low introductory for the first ones because they have been burned by so many other that promise the moon and give only the cheese.
