I drive around all day every day inspecting homes and I go through several counties a day.

I've been listening to the podcast every day to and from work & Love it, its a great way to gain new information on those longs drives to work.I'd be into doing a local BP meet up with some other local guys to just talk about the local market and bounce ideas off one another.

Reading and listening everyday as well as meetings!

Also, if anyone might offer up how often they are listing on various sites (every day, EOD, etc....and does Postlets...which the PM uses) do things automatically in as far as how things get updated?

I make sure all my leases state realtors can show the house from 9 am to 8pm every day should the house ever be put up for sale or it needs to get rented.

It's an obvious and routine problem, and there's no sense in someone getting hurt for a cheap fix (carpet).And add hand rails!

But, praising their "help" and rewarding it every once in a while (not every day) with an ice cream cone or a movie (CLEARLY stating that the cone or the movie is "payment for their services") will teach them that focus and effort are rewarded.
