Income was usually direct deposited into my acct and a monthly summary mailed to me detailing monthly payment less any expenses/repairs/fees.Repairs without my consent were capped at around $250, however, towards the end I took over the "management/maintenance" aspect due to negligence while the MC continue to provide bookkeeping.I expect MC's to know the laws and legal rights of both tenant & landlord.

We went a Black History month celebration at the Hilton and then went to my 12 year old daughter's volley ball games.6:30pm to 1am (and counting) Following up with investors on my marina dealCalling/Emailing investors to find an end buyer for our rented flip in Columbia, SC (we always have a tenant in place on the day we close because we choose our renter first, have them select a property from our specific list and on the day our renovation is done, the tenant is moving in)Reviewing posts on BP, CREOnline, Facebook and Craigslist and doing some postingTomorrow much of the same but add a few investor meetings.

Now that the appraisal has come back 11k less than their asking price, it's taken 7 days, 6 phone calls and 4 emails from the selling agent to get the response "we've sent this request to the appropriate department".

Hi Naveen...thanks for the reply.....You're right $200000 is non existent in our area so Im actually looking out of state...Going to Austin on January 30...I understand the trends are very similar to the Bay Area...lack of inventory,multiple offers so on...that doesn't scare me away ;0) For my dolling up and reselling goals I do have a larger budget so will look here in the SF Bay Area....Love your email....What ate your goals?
