(S)he should have access to a number of insurers and policy types.I checked with Proper and Steadily and both do not allow more than one booking in a house at the same time.I'm wondering if there are any other insurances that do allow it?

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

You are getting the the bad financing of larger properties, say 12-20 units and the hard to find good management of 2-4 units.) so I’d concentrate on 2-4 units if you can’t/don’t want to look at 8 or 12+ buildings. 2) That being said, even though 12 out of my 13 properties are in Vegas, they are all SFR.

Services you cannot shop for seem high ($800/appraisal - is this a rural area)? 

Would doing this basically double the lender fees since I would essentially be taking out two mortgages? 

Mid 6's to low 7's on a DSCR loan is available - just might have to go further out on the prepayment penalty and put 25% down (to be realistic).

We lucked out that a local bank was so willing to work with us!
