I did the same analysis on cell phone plan as well but I can't use T-Mobile due to coverage.  

I asked for an app to see the rates id be getting but he continues to ignore anything regarding the app and "hard money lenders" info.

I am on a first name basis with my local home depot pro desk, the delivery guys know my cell phone # etc.

What great Apps or device items do you use to look for properties through out the day? 

It excites me that you can use the potential rent from one unit towards income in a loan app!
