On pretty much every post where someone is having a problem with a tenant our advice seems to be cash for keys which leaves the tenant with a clean record, money in their pocket, and not a single repercussion for their actions.

After researching the property I discovered that the owner is in jail for a 90 year sentence, and a news article stated that the residence was permanently taken by "the police and prosecutors" Could someone please help me and point me in the right direction?
