The entire staff that I have dealt with has always been top notch and put customer service first. 

@Simone Koga In addition to the support staff you have have already identified (with house cleaners being the most important) Have spare items available like sheets towels etc that the cleaners can access if something is damaged.I use a simple lockbox as there is less risk it will have a fault but other people have used wifi enabled locks where they can change the codes easily.

This summer we were losing 30 tenants per month with only a 6 person staff trying to keep up. 

There is a staff of one that is processing the STR permits for the entire San Bernardino County.

@John Tobin As a VT resident who has been following this in Burlington and throughout the state, personally, yes I think it will continue to come up The ski towns in southern VT are suffering a significant housing crunch for locals in the area as well as with ski mountain staff with no great solution in sight.

It's a revolving door business, which is incredibly difficult to manage without the proper systems/admin staff (which 95% of them don't have).2.)

WE are so funny.. one of my office staff says there is a problem with a light in our coffee room..
