That said, I'd want to leave my paper credit history as good as it is (score is over 800)  and don't know the extent of a re-fi on my home loan with the prospects of finding another property to bid on. 

We later found out that because the lot is not wide enough that we weren't able to do that.

I would normally paint myself but the extent of the stains meant my time was better spent elsewhere.

The size of support corridors, mechanical storage, laundry, etc is widely variable.

Plus low end junker parks if this is what these are and this is what i see in SC as i drive or fly around.. bunch of single wides .. its just pretty tough managing those..

Another question I would ask is if you plan on keeping these properties why not leverage them to an extent?

At the south end of the property are 15 acres set aside for an elementary school.....Most of the talk (at the recent meeting) centered on the recreation area that will include a soccer/multi-purpose field as well as tennis courts and basketball courts, rest rooms, and parking over a 6.25 acre parcel.....Grand Avian Parkway will have a five-foot wide landscaped median, 5-foot wide sidewalk on the east side and an 11-foot wide bike path/trail on the west side.
