Hello All, I have been learning about real estate within the last 4 months. I just finished reading “The book on rental property inevesting” and should be done with “investing in real estate with no and low money down” by this weekend. Is there any other books you guys recommend that would help me learn more about real estate. Thank you in advance.

Hey @Juan Alvarez , I gotta say reading and listening to every BP podcast has been the #1 thing that's given me the confidence to jump in and start investing. I personally like to get audiobooks through an app my local library provides and have been able to burn through a ton of classics as well as finding a lot of the BP books really valuable. Sounds like you already have a couple under your belt, but I would check out books based on your current interests or things you want to work on. Some of my favorites based on what you're looking for I listed below. Feel free to reach out and let me know what you think. And anybody else, feel free to give me a recommendation because I've tried to get through any book I've heard at least once on the podcast.
