I built this because I'm currently looking for my first rental, and wanted a more efficient way to look for listings on the MLS.After building it and playing with it, I'm realizing that this tool is probably going to be useful to other real estate investors and agents as well so I wanted to make this thread to see if anyone would be interested in paying $10-20/month for access.Right now, it's just a simple google sheet that automatically updates every day, but if there's interest I could definitely build this out into a full web application.

If you don't mind having a negative cash flow, and want to have a tax write off, then that is a different story, but you have to be careful, because the IRS may classify a constantly money losing proposition as a hobby and not a business.

I am curious if anyone uses a web-based software (possibly an app) that can do the some (or preferably all) of the following:Accept mobile paymentsAllow tenants to submit non-critical maintenance requests Allow me to manage certain maintenance functions (ie. state mandated lead paint, furnace maintenance, etc)Lease management, especially if it can set reminders to send out renewals.
