@Enrica Binion are you open for remote accountants? I help my clients with their financials and their books without ever meeting them in person. There are plenty of us in the forum that can help out.

My personal opinion but it is best if you separate your day-to-day operating accounting vs a CPA for tax strategies and tax returns.
