Does anyone know of a good, reasonably priced window vendor?

Vendor sponsors are only people he's done business with (insurance, locksmith, appraiser) and they're all very well-regarded by other investors who have used them.The investors who are unhappy sound like they have a right to be, but I don't know the other side of the story.

I could give you the names of at least one TK vendor up there, but it has been over a year since I last connected with them so I am not sure of the their recent quality and standards.

NO NEED to talk with middle men broker people that have responded on this thread they will just add expense to your purchase you can buy direct from the Vendors No problem..

If you're only concerned with maintenance, why not refer business to the Broker and arrange to be an exclusive vendor to handle maintenance?
