Persistence is what matters.

It doesn't really matter where you take the course, they are pretty much all the same.  

So I figured I should pursue the commercial/portfolio loan route for more favorable terms and now I'm second guessing it and here's my reasoning; I'm almost positive this bank (or any others for that matter) will have a max term 5 year balloon.

Most of these customers let me know in advance the model and the symptom so I have a few days to get the parts and schedule the repair between my other jobs.When it's laundromats or senior housing places, where everything has to be fixed the day they call, I always charge a minimum no matter how long the repair takes because I have to make last minute changes to my schedule to accomodate their needs.

It's the relative difference that matters and how that relative difference compares to the market as a whole with the reval.
