Concerning average number per state, what are the top states for buying tax lien certificates? Which states yield the most interest on a certificate?

@Anthony Brooks I know FL has a lot of counties that put their TLC's online.   I think the site is Realtaxlien.com for some of the counties.    They also have some deeds online as well.   AL has its OTC liens online and those have already gone through the tax sale process so you have to wade through a lot of garbage properties before you find the nuggets.  Hope this helps.
