Hello,Is there a way on Bigger Pockets to obtain access to lists of credit unions, banks, community banks (portfolio lenders) and lenders (hard money or private) that provide financing for investors that are interested in investing in a particular state or town?

They could also help access off market deals which ay be less competitive. 

The tenants will not have access to their unit for a few days.

My concern is that there are a couple of potential big issues with the foundation and the inspector was not able to access certain parts of the home like the attic.

If you have access to MLS or a title company connection, use that info to find out who has been buying homes in cash in your market(s). 

That way you have access to some quick capital for a purchase and rehab expenses.

There are other ways to access this without getting your license.Knowledge of RE in studying to get your license?
