Call them and see if they are looking to buy more properties in this area, and ask their criteria(price, bed/bath mix, cash buyer or financing, wholesaler rehabber or landlord, etc..)

We rented a large cabana with 4 large beds upstairs and a bathroom (with hot water shower, which you didn't see much in those days) and air conditioning (again, something rare) with wireless internet (we had it wired) and added an LG air conditioning system downstairs with cable tv and was on the bus route to town (or you could walk, which we did quite often), but because the locals felt we were trespassing on their work, we were forced to live out our money and returned home broke.

First time in years that the income tax refund period is not seeming to affect tenant quality.Have been advertising a vacancy for a nice 2 bed/1 Bath for a month now, well below market rent, and great condition, not one decent application.

It will rent conservatively for $550 per unit for each of the 1 bed 1 bath units.

I'm planning on spending 20 - 25k to get this set up and going, and if I lease it, rents in this area should be around 400 - 500, depending on how many bed/baths.

Example: Rent for 2 bed unit : 525.00(All dates for received, not postmarked) Rent: 500 if paid on or before the 1st of the month. 525 if paid by the 5th 565 (40.00 late charge) + 10.00 a day from the 6th on.

Water storage, jacuzzi, water bed, pool, etc.
