I would say a majority of thaht 3% 30 year debt is in SFR and those notes were ALL sold in the secondary market China is holding the bag  LOL Which is funny until they stop buying those notes because they keep getting burned. lol  I suspect the default rate on those notes though is next to nothing..

There are clauses in the loan/mortgage docs that allow them to call the loan, but I don't suspect they would do it...and they really don't have a reason to do so.
