I suspect that Airbnb dominates the younger market and VRBO might be stronger in the older market so you could update your listing to appeal to an older guest.

@Jade Davis  I suspect the person doing 30 deals has some assistance ... however I can see a wholesaler possibly doing 30 a year by them self, if they farm out the direct mail.

Put the game room picture with the bunks in the top 3 pics because it would really appeal to families.We thought those were good tips and our VRBO bookings are doing well but not sure if it's related to the advice.The second time we spoke to him he said our list was killing it and nothing to change.I suspect the Airbnb session would be similar.
