I am studying Management and Entrepreneurship.

I have some studying to do this weekend!

I have a few friends that study at UW Bothell and it seems to be an awesome campus and keeps them out of traffic.

I seriously hope that your not the kind of guy that will quit and do nothing, go out and prove me wrong. 

Hire an architect to do a feasibility study or at least check your assumptions before you commit to buying the property.The way I understood the podcast guest they weren't rezoning just identifying properties that were zoned already for multi units.

Finding anything that cash flows in my area is proving to be difficult.

Since it is kind of a seller's market just study as much as you can   It is harder to find a good deal right now.  

Every agent and broker/appraiser I've talked to said he was wrong, now we just have to prove it.

But as far as our studying goes, this is a great opportunity.Only thing we're trying to figure out is how were going to go about purchasing or going about getting the property.
